Smoked Tempeh Burger

1 cool beens Applewood Tempeh Burger

For the Burger

Your choice of bun - soft and fluffy brioche, sourdough, crusty ciabatta

1 tbsp Sweetbeet Koji Beetroot Relish

1 tbsp mayonnaise (vegan mayo is coming to our store real soon!)

Slices of fresh tomato, red onion, lettuce or greens of your choice.

1 tsp olive oil

METHOD

  • Heat the olive oil in a pan. Lightly pan fry the smoked tempeh burger until warmed through and slightly toasted. Toast your bun.

  • Assemble your burger to your liking.

Our tip is to layer the relish on top, together with the smoked tempeh burger. The combo is amazing!
