Smoked Tempeh Burger
1 cool beens Applewood Tempeh Burger
For the Burger
Your choice of bun - soft and fluffy brioche, sourdough, crusty ciabatta
1 tbsp Sweetbeet Koji Beetroot Relish
1 tbsp mayonnaise (vegan mayo is coming to our store real soon!)
Slices of fresh tomato, red onion, lettuce or greens of your choice.
1 tsp olive oil
METHOD
Heat the olive oil in a pan. Lightly pan fry the smoked tempeh burger until warmed through and slightly toasted. Toast your bun.
Assemble your burger to your liking.
Our tip is to layer the relish on top, together with the smoked tempeh burger. The combo is amazing!
