100g Cool Beans Tempeh (5-Grain)

1 Tbsp olive oil

Salt

METHOD

  • Slice the tempeh in half longways

  • Heat the olive oil in a frypan and light pan fry until golden.

  • Season with salt

Top with your favourites - ours is guacamole or slices of fresh tomato and jalapeños. This is the perfect breakfast or afternoon snack - protein rich and tasty as!
