Tempeh Chips
Cool Beans Tempeh (5-Grain best)
Frying Oil
METHOD
Heat up frying oil to 160 degrees
Slice the tempeh into 5mm strips or to your preference.
Place tempeh chips into the heated oil and fry for 3 minutes. Make sure the chips are not stuck together.
Continue frying until golden brown.
Serve hot with flaked salt, mayonnaise, chilli flakes, lime zest and enjoy!!
